Regalia Pass On is responsible for this marketplace. In these terms, “we” means Regalia Pass On.

Regalia Pass On helps ASU students and recent graduates give away or sell used graduation regalia to the next class. Anyone can browse; listing and requesting require sign-in with a standard @asu.edu email address. We do not accept plus-addresses.

Eligibility

Use your own ASU email account, an accurate display name, and your campus. Email access does not establish a person's identity, graduation status, or trustworthiness. You must be able to agree to these terms and arrange a lawful transfer of your item.

Listings and transactions

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and messages.
• Arrange campus pickup and any in-person payment directly with the other party.
• A request expresses interest; it does not guarantee an item or create a payment.
• Do not list items you do not own or are not allowed to transfer.
• Describe condition, size, price and pickup campus accurately; keep availability current.

Prohibited use

Do not spam, harass, scrape personal data, bypass safety controls, or list prohibited items. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

Pickup and payment

The marketplace does not process payments, provide checkout, hold deposits, arrange rentals, or ship items. A price is an amount paid in person outside the app; Free means no payment. Agree on pickup by email, meet in a public place, and inspect the item before paying. We do not guarantee an item, a response, a completed handoff, or refunds for private transactions.

Accounts and support

We may hide or remove listings and suspend accounts for abuse. Suspended users can sign in but cannot create or edit listings or send requests, and their listings leave public browse. For help, a moderation review, or account deletion, email support@regaliapasson.com.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not responsible for off-platform payments, lost or damaged items, or disputes between users, except as required by law.
